Im trying to reinstall office 2024 after a disk failure, the app says to uninstall it but its not installed.....
so i had office 2024 , my HDD died and i needed to reinstall windows.... then i realized my office 2024 wasnt working ... LTSC or something so i logged in to my MS account and added my office key to my MS account (i cant see the key in my account) it gave me an installer "OfficeSetup" so i tried that and it said to uninstall my previous version of office - which i did .... then i rebooted and tried to run the "OfficeSetup.exe" again and it said i needed to uninstall office... but i already uninstalled office 2024.... so theres nothing to uninstall - i tried using the trouble shooter to force removal but still get the same message - see attached pic

    Try manual uninstallation as explained in the link below

    Make the option click the run and MSI.
