SeekOut (Preview)
Search SeekOut's talent intelligence database, inspect candidate profiles, compare hiring markets, discover companies, and manage recruiting workflows. Tools are served over the Model Context Protocol so an agent can run natural-language sourcing against the user's authenticated SeekOut account.

SeekOut
SeekOut is a talent intelligence platform for technical, healthcare, and diverse hiring. This connector exposes SeekOut's talent search and recruiting tools to your agent over the Model Context Protocol (MCP), so recruiters and hiring managers can source candidates in natural language directly from a Copilot Studio agent.
When connected, the agent can write sourcing queries, refine searches with structured filters, inspect candidate profiles, compare hiring markets across cities, discover companies in a target space, and save curated shortlists into private SeekOut workspaces. Approved profiles can be pushed to a configured applicant tracking system (ATS). All actions run against the user's authenticated SeekOut account; nothing is published to the public internet.

Prerequisites
- An authenticated SeekOut account with access to the recruiter experience.
- Your SeekOut organization must hold licenses for the verticals you want to query (Public, GitHub, Academic, Healthcare, Nursing).
- ATS export requires a SeekOut administrator to have pre-configured an ATS integration (for example, Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) inside SeekOut.
Obtaining credentials
This connector authenticates with OAuth 2.0 against SeekOut's identity provider at app.seekout.io. Sign in with your SeekOut account and approve the requested scope (mcp:tools) when prompted. No separate API key is required.
How it works
The connector is a streamable MCP connector. It points at SeekOut's production MCP endpoint, and your agent's generative orchestration automatically discovers and reflects each SeekOut tool. As tools are added or updated on the SeekOut server, they become available to the agent without re-importing the connector.

Known issues and limitations
- Generative orchestration must be turned on in Copilot Studio for the agent to call MCP tools.
- Streamable HTTP is the only supported transport; SSE is not supported.
- Querying a vertical requires the corresponding SeekOut license on the user's organization.
- ATS export requires a pre-configured ATS integration in SeekOut.
