Sets the configuration for EAP SIM.

apptype: Int32

the apptype to be used for authentication. Value is one of the following: TelephonyManager.APPTYPE_SIM; TelephonyManager.APPTYPE_USIM; TelephonyManager.APPTYPE_RUIM; TelephonyManager.APPTYPE_CSIM; TelephonyManager.APPTYPE_ISIM
