Request a snapshot of a background trace, if one is running.
This request sends a ProfilingTrigger#TRIGGER_TYPE_APP_REQUEST_RUNNING_TRACE trigger. Apps must register interest in this trigger in order to receive the result using either #addProfilingTriggers or #addAllProfilingTriggers().
