Remarks
Runs synchronous validators only. A handler that registers asynchronous work via AddAsyncValidator(Func<CancellationToken,Task>) causes an InvalidOperationException; use ValidateAsync(CancellationToken) for async validators. Do not call validation re-entrantly from a validation handler.
