Gets or sets the anchor mode that controls how the viewport behaves at the edges of the list when new items arrive during virtualization. The default is Start.
This only has an effect when Virtualize is true. For reliable anchoring
with reference types that do not have value-equality semantics, supply an ItemComparer so
the grid can detect whether items were prepended or appended.
