Dynamics 365 Implementation Portal helps you implement solutions with Dynamics 365 successfully based on the Success by Design framework. The implementation portal provides tools to help you manage project data, project users, create reviews, and update project profiles. You also have access to implementation guidance that is tailored specifically to your project. Learn more at Success by Design.

The following sections describe the main areas of the Implementation Portal.
Projects
The Projects area displays the projects that you can access as a project user or project admin. From this area, you can:
- Create a project or join an existing project.
- Use My Active Projects to switch between active and inactive projects.
- Switch between card and grid views.
- Select a project name to view its details.

Use the onboarding wizard to:
- Create an implementation project or join an existing project.
- Add project users.
- Enter project details.
- Access tailored implementation guidance and project reviews.

Telemetry
Telemetry detects optimization opportunities and provides actionable guidance based on usage patterns within customer environments. Results surface with severity indicators as they require attention. Learn more at Set up Telemetry Insights.
Help and Support
Choose the support option that matches your needs:
- For FAQs and Microsoft Learn articles, select Help & Support in the portal.
- For questions about a Go-live Readiness review, select Contact us in the portal.
- For a technical issue with the portal, email Implementation Portal support.
- To suggest an improvement, share feedback about the Implementation Portal.
