When you close an opportunity, capturing the right information helps your sales team learn from wins and losses, improve forecasting accuracy, and identify process improvements. By customizing the Opportunity Close form, you can tailor the fields and questions to match your organization's specific needs.
For example, you might want to add fields to capture competitive information, customer feedback, or internal notes about what factors influenced the decision. This valuable data becomes part of your opportunity records and helps inform future sales strategies.

To allow users in your organization to capture these relevant details when closing opportunities, a system administrator can enable the customization of the Opportunity Close form.
