The placement score for a given SKU, region and optionally availability zone

availabilityZone	The availability zone identifier, present only when availabilityZones was requested
isQuotaAvailable	Whether quota is available for the SKU, region and zone combination
region	The Azure region
score	The placement score, eg High, Medium or Low
sku	The VM size (SKU) name
