Priority tiers for a build definition. Sent as a raw Int16 so unknown tiers stay readable.

| Low = -64 | Low priority. The runs of this pipeline provide no performance guarantees. |
| Normal = 0 | Normal (default) priority. |
| High = 64 | High priority. The runs of this pipeline will be favored for running. |
