Response of the pre-flight endpoint the agent calls before publishing an attachment directly to BlobStore dedup storage: it confirms the caller is authorized and returns where to publish.

Dedup domain (ShardSet) id to publish the content to. Populated only when enabled.
isBlobStoreUploadEnabled

Whether direct-to-BlobStore upload is enabled for this run; if false, use the classic (SAS) path.
