It helps organizations reimagine flexible work with AI, enables employees to connect more easily in person so they can make the most of their in-office days, and helps optimize space management through occupancy and utilization insights.
Places features are embedded directly in Microsoft Teams and Outlook so users can access them within their normal workflow.
Microsoft Places also adds support for individual desk booking in Microsoft 365.
Most Places features depend on a fully established hierarchy of buildings, floors, rooms, workspaces, and desks.
