What is Dragon Copilot?
Microsoft Dragon Copilot is an AI assistant that drafts clinical documentation, turning words into a powerful productivity tool. By combining Microsoft’s proven conversational and ambient AI with the newest and most capable generative AI, it generates draft clinical output from recordings for a clinician's review, which can significantly enhance efficiency and accuracy in healthcare settings. Dragon admin center enables healthcare administrators to manage licensing and billing of Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare products such as Microsoft Dragon Copilot through a user-friendly interface built on the Microsoft e-commerce platform, Microsoft 365. The platform includes licensing and organization lifecycle management, providing unified and simplified administration with centralized management capabilities.

What are AI apps and agents?
Dragon Copilot AI apps and agents enable you to embed custom capabilities directly within Dragon Copilot at the point of care. By using these extensibility options, Dragon Copilot offers through Microsoft Marketplace provide different workflow tailored solutions that enhance clinical workflows for both clinicians and administrators.
Partner prerequisites
To sell Dragon Copilot offers to customers through Microsoft Marketplace, partners must complete build and integration with Dragon Copilot for their offer type with the Microsoft Health and Life Sciences (HLS) team.
Customer prerequisites
To use the Dragon Copilot offers purchased through Microsoft Marketplace, customers must have a license to Microsoft Dragon Copilot and previously agreed to the Microsoft Customer Agreement.
Market availability
Dragon Copilot Physician Apps and Agents offers are available to customers in the United States.
Offer listing details
When you create your Dragon Copilot offer in Partner Center, enter text, images, documents, and other offer details. Customers see this information when they discover your offer on Microsoft Marketplace and on Marketplace within Azure portal. For more information, see best practices for marketing and listing your offer.
Technical requirements
For detailed information on how to build your technical configuration package for upload, see the documentation in the Technical configuration section. These requirements apply to Dragon Copilot offers:
- You must provide a ZIP file for each offer containing your technical configuration files including an extension manifest file. This file will be used to populate your offer within Dragon Admin Center and to provision your offer to customers after they purchase.
- Create at least one plan for your offer. The plan’s pricing is based on the pricing model you select before publishing: flat rate or per-user.
- The customer purchasing the offer needs one or more Dragon Copilot licenses to support offers.
- For offers with a per-user pricing model, the provisioning process supported by Microsoft Admin Center validates that the customer user purchased a valid offer and has a valid Dragon Copilot license.
- The customer can cancel your offer at any time.
Note
Customers can't cancel subscriptions with multiyear contract durations and pending payments. This rule applies when the billing frequency of the purchase is monthly, annual, or has a flexible schedule as part of a private offer. To request cancellation in these scenarios, contact Marketplace support.
