Business value
You can now reuse knowledge in new agents with a simple, one-click experience. You don't need to configure synonyms or the glossary. Just go to the recommended knowledge, select Add, and bring a full knowledge source to your new agent.
Feature details
You can easily add previously used knowledge with the one-click add experience. These recency-based recommendations include four knowledge sources: files, Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and public websites. You can view the top 10 recommendations based on the knowledge you added in other agents. When you select Add, you upload the file or add the Dataverse table. You also add the synonyms and glossary configurations to your agent.
