Stratégie de prérécupération qui prérécupère les descendants dans une profondeur hybride en premier et en largeur première approche.
Les enfants du nœud racine sont prérécupérés avant de récurrence sur les enfants. Cela ne doit pas être combiné avec #FLAG_PREFETCH_DESCENDANTS_DEPTH_FIRST ou #FLAG_PREFETCH_DESCENDANTS_BREADTH_FIRST cela déclenchera une exception IllegalArgumentException.
