Obtient le cache pour appCredentials afin d’accélérer l’acquisition de jetons (un jeton n’est pas demandé, sauf s’il a expiré). Les appCredentials sont mis en cache à l’aide d’appId + étendue (ce dernier paramètre est utilisé uniquement si les informations d’identification de l’application sont utilisées pour appeler une compétence).
