Cet événement peut se produire lors d’un appel vers Invoke une priorité autre que Send celle spécifiée, ou si le répartiteur de destination appartient à un autre thread.
N’importe quel thread peut publier des opérations ; par conséquent, cet événement peut être déclenché par n’importe quel thread.
