Importante

Transférez un appel pair à pair ou un appel de groupe actif.

Remarque : Cette option n’est prise en charge que si le bénéficiaire et la cible de transfert sont des utilisateurs de Microsoft Teams appartenant au même client. Le transfert vers un numéro PSTN n’est pris en charge que pour l’instance d’application. Pour en savoir plus sur le cédant, le cessionnaire et la cible du transfert, reportez-vous à RFC 5589.

Un transfert consultatif signifie que le cédant peut informer la personne à laquelle il souhaite transférer l’appel (le cessionnaire) avant que le transfert ne soit effectué. Cela s’oppose au transfert direct de l’appel.

Cette API est disponible dans les déploiements cloud nationaux suivants.

Exemple 5 : Transfert d’appel à partir d’un appel de groupe

Remarque : Pour transférer à partir d’un appel de groupe, le paramètre transferee est requis. Tous les autres paramètres sont identiques à ceux d’un transfert d’un appel homologue à homologue. Un transfert consultatif à partir d’un appel de groupe ou un transfert à RTC à partir d’un appel de groupe sont similaires aux exemples 1 à 4, avec le paramètre de destinataire spécifié.
