Returns the bond status of this device. For apps targeting Build.VERSION_CODES.S or or higher, this requires the Manifest.permission.BLUETOOTH_CONNECT permission which can be gained with android.app.Activity.requestPermissions(String[],int). Requires Manifest.permission.BLUETOOTH_CONNECT
