Remarks
Perform a batch update of existing bindings. Existing bindings can be rebound with an updated set of flags, or unbound. Only flags returned from getUpdateableFlags() may be added or removed.
This API behaves as if the rebindService(ServiceConnection,BindServiceFlags) and unbindService(ServiceConnection) API are called in the same order as the params are iterated.
