Returns the current TTY mode of the device.

Remarks

Returns the current TTY mode of the device. For TTY to be on the user must enable it in settings and have a wired headset plugged in. Requires the PackageManager#FEATURE_TELEPHONY_CALLING feature which can be detected using PackageManager.hasSystemFeature(String). Requires android.Manifest.permission.READ_PRIVILEGED_PHONE_STATE
