Gets the client for working with Voice Agents' realtime endpoints. Call StartSessionAsync(String, String, RealtimeSessionClientOptions, CancellationToken) on it (the same method an OpenAI OpenAI.Realtime.RealtimeClient consumer would use) to start and connect a session for a named voice agent.
