Registry of adapters keyed by channelId. Lets the agent resolve the correct IChannelAdapter for a given channel — for example, to send proactive messages or continue a conversation — without knowing adapter types.

Populated from DI when available. If the DI-aware constructor receives an IChannelAdapter but no registry, it creates a registry using that adapter as the default. Programmatically constructed options must set this property or use APIs that accept an adapter explicitly.
