Se le proprietà sono già state caricate, non verranno ricaricate. Se non sono aggiornati, chiama il Refresh metodo sull'oggetto per aggiornare le proprietà.

Se mancano informazioni sufficienti su questo oggetto, si solleva un'eccezione. Se l'oggetto non esiste sul server, il metodo restituisce false. Altrimenti, le proprietà vengono caricate e il metodo restituisce true.
