Get PendingIntent アクティビティは、呼び出し元がバックグラウンド アクティビティを開始できる場合、バックグラウンドで開始できます。 または、呼び出し元がバックグラウンド アクティビティを開始できる場合は、Set PendingIntent アクティビティをバックグラウンドで開始できます。

このメソッドは、API レベル 34 では非推奨になりました。 Build.VERSION_CODESを対象とするアプリの場合は getPendingIntentBackgroundActivityStartMode() を使用します。UPSIDE_DOWN_CAKE以上の値が明示的に設定されていない場合、この値は実際の動作と一致しない可能性があります。
