LockTask モード中に [概要] ボタンと [概要] 画面を有効にします。この機能フラグは#LOCK_TASK_FEATURE_HOMEと組み合わせてのみ使用でき、この機能フラグが#LOCK_TASK_FEATURE_HOMEなしで定義されている場合、#setLockTaskFeatures(ComponentName, int)はIllegalArgumentExceptionをスローします。
