注釈

設定されているすべてのオプションを組み合わせて、新しい Notification オブジェクトを返します。この通知に shortcutId を使用して作成された BubbleMetadata がアタッチされている場合は、バブルメタデータに指定された shortcutId が通知ビルダーで設定されている shortcutId (設定されている場合) と一致することを確認するチェックが実行されます。 shortcutId が指定されていても一致しない場合は、ここで例外がスローされます。
