formatType パラメーターは、特性値の解釈方法を決定します。たとえば、formatType を #FORMAT_UINT16 に設定すると、指定されたオフセットにある特性値の最初の 2 バイトが戻り値を生成するように解釈されます。

このメンバーは非推奨です。 BluetoothGatt#readCharacteristic(BluetoothGattCharacteristic)を使用して特性値を取得する
