#bindServiceのフラグ: 表示されているアプリからのバインドの場合、バインドされたサービスはバックグラウンドからアクティビティを開始できます。 これは、SDK バージョンが android.os.Build.VERSION_CODES#UPSIDE_DOWN_CAKE前の既定の動作でした。 その後、バインド時にこのフラグが指定されていない限り、既定の動作が変更され、バインドされたサービスがバックグラウンド アクティビティを開始できないように変更されました。ただし、アプリにバインドされているアプリがフォアグラウンドにある場合でも、バックグラウンド アクティビティを開始できません。
