注: 'S' を使用する時刻形式では、ミリ秒の解像度と秒の小数部サブパターンに対応する、秒の小数部に対して最大 3 桁の有効桁数を表示できます。 サブパターンが S または SS の場合、秒の小数部の値は、指定された表示場所の数に切り捨てられます (丸めされません)。 秒の小数部のサブパターンが SSS より長い場合、追加の表示場所はゼロで塗りつぶされます。
