入力が CONTEXTO 規則に準拠しているかどうかを確認する IDNA オプション。 静的 worker メソッドとファクトリ メソッドで使用する場合。
このオプションは、IDNA2003実装では無視されます。 (CONTEXTO チェックは、IDNA2008で新しく作成されています。
これは、IDNA2008準拠のためにレジストリによって使用されます。 UTS #46 では CONTEXTO チェックは必要ありません。
