このモードでは、使用可能なすべてのレスポンダーでレンジングが開いているモードで実行されます。 レスポンダーが範囲指定のオープン モードを許可しない場合、レスポンダーは範囲指定要求からスキップされます。
注: ScanResult#isRangingFrameProtectionRequired() が true場合、開いているモードの範囲は AP によってサポートされません。
