この値は、サブスクリプションがさまざまな SMS サービスをサポートしているかどうかを示します。 これらのサービスには、回線交換 (CS) SMS、パケット交換 (PS) IMS (IP マルチメディア サブシステム) SMS、および over-the-top (OTT) SMS オプションを含めることができます。
注: 緊急 SMS サービスの可用性は、この SMS 機能のみに依存するわけではありません。 サブスクリプションに標準の SMS 機能がない場合でも、緊急サービスにアクセスできる場合があります。 ただし、緊急 SMS をサポートするデバイスの機能は、 TelephonyManager#isDeviceSmsCapable()によって決定される固有の SMS 機能の影響を受ける可能性があります。
