ServiceClientCredentialProviderインターフェース。このインターフェースにより、ボットは自身のサービス認証を提供でき、ボットからチャネルへのサービスコールを行うことができます。実装者はGetCredentialsメソッドからServiceClientCredentailsを返すべきです。
