Remarks
JsonReporter writes one file for each report produced by a reporting plugin when you stop recording. Files are named <ReportingPlugin>_JsonReporter<extension>. Most reports are strict JSON with the .json extension, but some reports use a different extension and format:
| Plugin | File name | Format |
|---|---|---|
| UrlDiscoveryPlugin | UrlDiscoveryPlugin_JsonReporter.jsonc |
JSON with comments (JSONC) |
| All other plugins | <ReportingPlugin>_JsonReporter.json, for example ExecutionSummaryPlugin_JsonReporter.json |
JSON |
When you process reports with scripts or tools, match both extensions (for example, *_JsonReporter.json*) and use a parser that supports comments for .jsonc files.
JsonReporter writes report files to the current working directory, which is the folder from which you started Dev Proxy.
If a file with that name already exists, JsonReporter doesn't overwrite it. Instead, it appends a timestamp in the yyyyMMddHHmmss format to the file name, for example ExecutionSummaryPlugin_JsonReporter_20261105103000.json.
