Gets the label associated with the blob as a string.

The text of LabelFormatted, or null if that property is null.
Remarks
This is the string form of LabelFormatted. The .NET binding calls ToString() on that character sequence. Use LabelFormatted to get the character sequence itself.
Both properties represent the label returned by Android BlobHandle.getLabel().
