Initializes event data with the supplied frequency capture.

The Visualizer that produced the capture.
- fft
- Byte[]
The packed FFT bytes. The first two bytes contain the real DC and Nyquist components. The remaining bytes contain real and imaginary pairs for increasing frequencies. Interpret each component as a signed 8-bit value. See GetFft(Byte[]).

The sample rate of the captured audio in millihertz, not the event delivery rate.
