Gets the speech rate to use.

Int32

The requested speech rate, where 100 represents the normal rate and higher values represent faster speech. A directly constructed request has a rate of 0; the framework sets the rate on requests sent to the synthesis service.

Remarks

Gets the speech rate to use. The normal rate is 100.
