Sets if Handoff is enabled for this Activity. See isHandoffEnabled() to get if Handoff is currently enabled on this Activity. If Handoff is enabled, this Activity will only be eligible to be handed off to other devices if it is the topmost Activity in its Task. Callers may specify optional parameters to specify when Handoff is appropriate for the current activity. See HandoffActivityParams for more details.
