Runs FullBackupFile(File, FullBackupDataOutput) on a thread pool thread.

Returns
A task that represents completion of the call to FullBackupFile.
Remarks
This .NET wrapper uses Task.Run to call the synchronous method. Await the task before reusing or disposing of the file or output, or returning from the backup callback. Files excluded by the backup system are still ignored.
