Create a new reprocessable camera capture session by providing the desired reprocessing input configuration and output OutputConfiguration to the camera device.

Parameters

inputConfig: InputConfiguration

The configuration of the input surface for reprocessing.

outputs: IList<OutputConfiguration>

The output configurations for the surfaces that the session can use as capture targets.

callback: CameraCaptureSession.StateCallback

The callback that receives notifications about the state of the new session.

handler: Handler

The handler for session state callbacks, or null to use the current thread's looper.
