Throws UnsupportedOperationException. Override this method to update a column with a double-precision value in a test.

The zero-based index of the column. Available to a test override; the default mock implementation does not use this argument.

The new value for the column. Available to a test override; the default mock implementation does not use this argument.
Returns
No value is returned. The default mock implementation throws UnsupportedOperationException; override this method to supply a test result.
