Remarks
This member implements Range(ITemporalField). Access it through ITemporalAccessor.
The range describes the minimum and maximum valid values. Values between these bounds are not necessarily all valid. The method throws UnsupportedTemporalTypeException if the field is not supported, or DateTimeException if the range cannot be obtained for another reason.
For a field that is not a ChronoField, the field determines the range through its rangeRefinedBy(TemporalAccessor) method.
