Opens a connection using the target's registered socket factory. Tries the target's resolved addresses in order after socket connection failures or connection timeouts, and adds a socket layer when required by the scheme.

Parameters

conn: IOperatedClientConnection

The non-null connection, which must not already be open.

target: HttpHost

The non-null host to connect to, including its scheme and port.

local: InetAddress

The local address to bind, or null to let the socket select it.

context: IHttpContext

The context for connection setup.

params: IHttpParams

The non-null socket and connection parameters.
