Creates and prepares a layered socket over an open connection, then updates the connection with that socket and the security status reported by its factory.

conn: IOperatedClientConnection

The non-null, already open connection to update.

target: HttpHost

The non-null target whose scheme must provide a layered socket factory.

context: IHttpContext

The context for socket preparation.

params: IHttpParams

The non-null socket and connection parameters.
