Returns the namespace URI for the given position in the namespace stack If the position is out of range, an exception is thrown.

pos: Int32

The zero-based position in the namespace stack. It must identify an available entry.

The namespace URI at pos. Declarations on a start tag remain accessible at its matching end tag.

Returns the namespace URI for the given position in the namespace stack If the position is out of range, an exception is thrown.

<b>NOTE:</b> when parser is on END_TAG then namespace prefixes that were declared in corresponding START_TAG are still accessible even though they are not in scope
