No momento, não há suporte para a adição de anexos por meio da API. Para adicionar um arquivo a um tíquete de suporte existente, visite a página Gerenciar tíquete de suporte no portal do Azure, selecione o tíquete de suporte e use o controle de upload de arquivo para adicionar um novo arquivo.
Atualmente, não há suporte para fornecer consentimento para compartilhar informações de diagnóstico com o suporte do Azure por meio da API. O engenheiro de suporte do Azure que trabalha em seu tíquete entrará em contato com você para obter consentimento se o problema exigir a coleta de informações de diagnóstico de seus recursos do Azure.
Criando um tíquete de suporte para em nome de: inclua o cabeçalho x-ms-authorization-auxiliary para fornecer um token auxiliar de acordo com a documentação. O token primário será do locatário para o qual um tíquete de suporte está sendo acionado em relação à assinatura, ou seja, locatário do cliente CSP (provedor de soluções de nuvem). O token auxiliar será do locatário do parceiro CSP (provedor de soluções na nuvem).
