Observações

Este endereço é usado como ponto final para o serviço de token de segurança que emite credenciais para o serviço. Os serviços expõem o endereço do emissor nos metadados se o WSDL estiver ativado, mas não o utilizam de outra forma. Os clientes usam o endereço do emissor para comunicar com o serviço de token de segurança. Se o IssuerAddress for nulo, os clientes podem recorrer ao serviço de token de segurança especificado através das propriedades LocalIssuerAddress e LocalIssuerBinding no IssuedTokenClientCredential.

Definir este valor para null ou o WS-AddressingIdentity URI anónimo no cliente faz com que o CardSpace seja ativado se ClientCredentials.SupportInteractive for verdadeiro em certas circunstâncias.
