Description

This policy controls whether Microsoft Edge displays a preview of the tab content and memory usage when the user hovers over a tab.

If you enable this policy, Microsoft Edge shows a tab preview and memory usage when the user hovers over a tab, and users can't turn them off.

If you disable this policy, tab previews and memory usage, including high memory usage alerts, aren't shown on hover, and users can't turn them on.

If you don't configure this policy, users can choose whether tab previews and memory usage are shown on hover.

You can also set this policy as a recommendation. This means that the recommended value controls the default for tab previews and memory usage, but users can change both settings.
