Remarks

Application level PackageManager.Property tag that informs the system whether the app supports runtime user control when invoking app functions.

Setting this property to true indicates that the app supports runtime user control. Therefore, the system will no longer automatically grant "always allow" access to the caller at package installation time.

Setting this property to false (or leaving it unset) indicates that the app has not migrated to runtime user control. To maintain compatibility, the system will grant the caller "always allow" access by default. However, users can still manually adjust the permission in system settings to restrict or block this access.

This property will stop being respected in a future Android release.
